Through General Resolution 5712/2025, ARCA establishes the 2025 winter tax Fair, which will be effective from July 14 to 25, inclusive. During this period, the legal and administrative deadlines related to the application, collection, and auditing of taxes will not be computed by the tax collection agency.

It should be noted that the suspension of deadlines for the tax fair does not prevent the notification of requests and notices, but the deadline for complying with them will begin once the tax holiday ends.

It is important to clarify that the tax fair does not affect the deadlines for filing tax returns and/or payments.
